OncoBone attends American Association of Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL, USA on April 25 – 30, 2025 and presents a poster about development of new models in our Bone Metastasis Technology Platform (BMTP).
The work is part of our established collaboration with PharmaLegacy Laboratories. The poster describes new preclinical efficacy models for bone metastasis in triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) and castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), and a model for multiple myeloma (MM) bone disease.
Tiina Kähkönen, CSO of OncoBone says: “The new models established in our BMTP provide a robust and clinically relevant way to study efficacy of experimental therapies on bone metastases. The models demonstrate rapid tumor growth in bone microenvironment together with cancer-induced bone loss and bone pain.”
